That Special Bond

You don’t hate me
I don’t hate you
This mutual agreement
Breaks too often, too soon

Bonds are formed with so many which are seemingly unbreakable. But an ounce of jealousy or a second of hate often cuts off the string that keeps everything together.
Friendship is everywhere – neighbours, classmates and busmates are all people to connect with. But close friends are only a select few out of them where the threads of trust are tighter.

Friends are outlets of stories that go from the most normal of topics to the weirdest of happenings.
A close friend, however, is someone who will never judge you for the weirdest things you have done. A close friend is one who can make you break into giggles even when the tears in your eyes haven’t left.

People from opposite backgrounds are bound by this magical friendship.
Every tear and every giggle is shared in this epitome of joy.

I’ve had some rough times with my friends but we still share a bond that no one can destroy.
Happy (belated) friendship day to all of you! 💖
